The Shaker Heights spring Real Estate Market is upon us.
Shaker Heights Sellers it's time to start thinking out side of the box to get your home sold!
The Weiner Real Estate Group are experts in marketing you home, but in 2009 we are seeing some new ideas to get houses sold.
Here is an example:
A home has been on the market for 3 months. Finally a buyer shows interest and comes back 2 or 3 times. However they are not ready to write a contract. They are nervous, they aren't sure they will get the house for the price they want, maybe they just take more time to make a decision.
So instead of waiting around, the seller decides to write a contract for the buyer. They reduce the list price by $20,000, give it a three month close with all the usual inspection contingencies. The seller's agent then presents the offer to the buyer.
They buyer takes the offer and just like that the house is sold.
This might not be such a bad idea. In this market you have to think outside of the box.
